What is Kloey?
Kloey is an iPhone app for everyday reflection: daily mood check-ins, a journal for your thoughts and moments, insights and recaps, and breathing and grounding practices. A friendly purple companion brings a little warmth along the way.
Do I need to know how to journal?
No. A few words, a voice note, or a photo can be a starting point. Use a prompt when you need one, or write whatever is on your mind. Your journal does not have to be polished.
How are daily moods different from journal moods?
Your daily mood describes your day. A journal mood describes a moment, and it is optional. You choose your moods yourself; AI never chooses or changes them. Mood trends use only your daily check-ins.
What happens if I miss a day?
You can come back whenever you are ready. Unrecorded days stay empty; Kloey does not invent a mood for them. A journal entry or a daily mood check-in counts toward your reflection streak.
Does Kloey use AI?
Yes. AI supports features such as voice transcription, requested reflections and recaps, and companion conversations. It can make mistakes. You stay in control of your mood choices and what you write.
Is Kloey a therapist?
Kloey is a wellbeing and reflection companion, not a therapist or medical service. It does not diagnose or treat conditions, and it cannot provide emergency support.
When can I download Kloey?
Kloey is coming soon for iPhone. The App Store link and launch details will appear here when the app is available. For a launch enquiry, email contact@trykloey.com.
Where can I ask about my account or subscription?
Visit our Support page or email contact@trykloey.com. For an Apple subscription, you can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Deleting your Kloey account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
