Need help with Kloey? Email contact@trykloey.com. For privacy requests, use the same address and write "Privacy request" in the subject line.
Please include the email address you use with Kloey, your iPhone model and iOS version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send your password or any sign-in codes.
Signing in
Kloey supports Sign in with Apple and Google. Use the same provider and account you used when you first created your Kloey account.
Subscriptions
How do I manage or cancel Premium? Open Kloey, go to Settings → Subscription, or open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Cancel there before the renewal date shown by Apple.
Does deleting my Kloey account cancel my subscription? No. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
How do I restore a purchase? Go to Settings → Restore purchases in Kloey. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I get a refund? App Store refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or through the Apple Support app.
Your data
How do I download my data? Go to Settings → Download my data.
How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Delete account and follow the steps. This starts the removal of your account and content from Kloey's active systems. It does not cancel an Apple subscription. Some provider records and backup copies can remain for the periods explained in the Privacy Policy.
AI features
Does Kloey send my information to AI providers? Only if you allow it. Kloey asks for a separate AI data sharing permission before any AI feature sends information. Accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy does not give that permission.
Which providers are used? OpenAI is used for AI chat, safety checks of journal photos, weekly recaps you request and mood reflections you request. Meta is used for transcribing voice journal recordings.
How do I turn AI data sharing off? Go to Settings → AI data sharing and turn it off. AI features will then stop sending information until you turn it back on. The Privacy Policy explains what each feature sends and how long providers keep it.
Is Kloey medical care or emergency help? No. Kloey is a companion and personal-reflection tool for adults. It does not replace professional care. Reminders and widget
How do I change my reminder? Go to Settings → Daily reminder. You can also change Kloey's notifications in your iPhone's Settings.
How do I add the widget? Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap +, search for Kloey, and choose a widget.
